Roper, Sr., founded Roper Construction in 1983, his goal was to provide his customers with the attention, expertise, and excellence that we are now known for.  As president of Roper Construction today, my goal is to continue the tradition.  Our personal commitment to our customers’ satisfaction is the backbone of our company, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. 

Good business practice is our priority.  We will treat you like a partner and will take the time to understand your vision, objectives, time line, and budget.  From pre-construction services (such as budget estimating) to design with one of our partner architectural firms to your final construction, we will work with you each step of the way.

Our work includes projects in several areas including industrial, office and retail up-fittings, medical and dental offices, restaurants, and new construction.

Our Management Team

Our team is made up of project management experts, experienced field superintendents and strong leadership. Their rich and diverse backgrounds all help contribute to the continued evolution of our organization.


Bill is a member of the Beta Zeta Chapter of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity from WCU. He’s held a Commercial GC License since the age of 21. He’s passionate about sportfishing and our oceans, and values most the time spent with his family. Successfully completing  projects on time is his other passion.

Ian has been in the commercial construction industry for over 20 years.  He worked his way up from a laborer to Vice-President and Director of Operations.  Ian feels that there is no greater teacher than experience.  He prides himself on the long-lasting relations he has built with coworkers, customers, and subcontractors.

Chris's journey in the construction industry started at the young age of 11 when he crawled on his first skid-steer. Ever since, his passion for construction has only grown stronger. Over the past decade, Chris has become an integral part of our team, and his dedication and hard work have earned him the title of Senior Project Manager, aka Super P.

Trey's experience in the construction industry spans over four decades, starting with his work as a cabinet builder. His expertise and craftsmanship have allowed him to gain extensive knowledge in all aspects of construction.  His passion for his craft is evident in every project he undertakes, and his clients can rest assured that their project is in good hands with Trey at the helm.

Steve's expertise in project management and on-site supervision allows him to take a holistic approach when estimating projects. With over 15 years of experience both as a Project Manager and field Superintendent, he has developed a deep understanding of the industry. As our lead estimator, Steve relies heavily on his past experience and knowledge to accurately estimate the cost and time required for each project we undertake.

Kayla's 10 years of experience in construction and development have been a great asset to Roper Construction since she joined their team as an office manager in 2021. Since then, she has been able to leverage her skills and experience to grow her role beyond just office management. She has used these skills to create systems that have improved the efficiency and effectiveness of the office operations.
