This projected stared with a dated unconditioned warehouse with a gravel lot and minimal utilities.

After Photos

New office finishes consisted of an abundant amount of interior and exterior glass, reclaimed wood accent walls, and octagon carpet tiles. The exterior received an updated façade, drainage pond, and new parking lot.
